Earlier this week, Cardale Jones announced that he was forgoing the NFL and returning to play for Ohio State. The Buckeyes are loaded at the quarterback position with Jones, J.T. Barrett and Braxton Miller. This wealth led Cardinals DB Tony Jefferson to take an interesting approach to pulling one of the signal callers to consider transferring to Oklahoma. Arizona Cardinals safety Tony Jefferson sent a tweet to Braxton Miller showing off some “perks” of transferring and playing for his Sooners.
Would this entice you to transfer or would the draw of starting for a Top Power 5 program be enough? Urban Meyer has a good problem there in Columbus and Braxton is the only one who could decide to play somewhere else (having graduated already).
Interesting approach and Jefferson won’t be the only one to make a pitch to the 2-time Big 10 Player of the Year.
@Braxtonmiller5 this could be you bro … And I was a defensive back… Transfer to OU
