Northern Illinois RB Cameron Stingily to miss start of the season

Huskiewire.com is reporting that Northern Illinois RB Cameron Stingily will miss start of the season because of an undisclosed injury.  Huskies coach Rod Carey shared that they Cameron will miss at least the first four games of the season. Carey added,

“It’s tough to replace him but we knew we would be very, very deep there, and so we are.  The next guy’s just got to understand, there’s probably going to be more carries for him, at least early.”

Last season, Stingily led all running backs with 1,119 yards and nine touchdowns.  We will have to see how NIU manages without Stingily and some former Heisman candidate by the name of Jordan Lynch who is now with the Chicago Bears (listed as a RB and not QB).
