Report by the New Orleans Times-Picayune, LSU QB/WR Rob Bolden will transfer yet again.
Two other quarterbacks Stephen Rivers and Hayden Rettig transferring out of LSU should have been a good sign that the 6-foot-4 Bolden could compete for the back up role. The Detroit native had been moved from quarterback to wide receiver last spring in hope of seeing more playing time but it appears that Bolden will transfer to look for an opportunity to truly play QB.
Possible landing spots include two Mid-American Conference schools in Central Michigan and Eastern Michigan.
The first freshman to start at quarterback in 100 years at Penn State, Bolden played in 20 games with 15 starts in two seasons. He did not play during his two seasons at LSU and sat out the 2013 spring practice with a knee injury.
