Water Main break near UCLA Campus, millions in damages (Pics)

A water main break (8-10 million gallons of water) near UCLA’s campus has flooded areas of the university and will lead to almost certainly millions in damages.

The Bruins football team among other athletic programs had to take drastic measures to ensure equipment was saved from the floods and the onrushing water. The football (practice) field is almost completely submerged.  Let’s hope that this unfortunate incident does not discourage their efforts of winning the Pac-12 South Division, their Conference Championship or a chance for a spot in the inaugural College Football Playoffs.
